Terms and Conditions – Cash Prop

1. General Provisions

• Cash Prop provides simulated trading environments for evaluation purposes only. No live trading or real capital is used during challenges or funded phases.

• Participants agree that they are not engaging in investment services or expecting guaranteed returns.

• The platform may change or update the terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• You must comply with all local regulations in your country of residence.

• Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited unless explicitly allowed.

3. Challenge Rules

We offer both One-Phase and Two-Phase Challenges. You must meet all profit targets and stay within the rules to pass.

One-Phase Challenge:

• Profit Target: [e.g., 10%]

• Daily Drawdown Limit: [e.g., 5%]

• Overall Drawdown Limit: [e.g., 10%]

• Time Limit: 30 days

Two-Phase Challenge:

• Phase 1:

  • Profit Target: 8%

  • Max Drawdown: 10%

  • Duration: 30 days

• Phase 2:

  • Profit Target: 5%

  • Max Drawdown: 10%

  • Duration: 60 days

Violating these rules will lead to automatic disqualification.

4. Trading Restrictions

• News Trading: Positions must be closed 2 minutes before and after high-impact news.

• Lot Limits: Max allowed lot size is based on your account type and phase.

• Scalping/HFT/Copy Trading: These strategies are prohibited unless otherwise permitted.

• Holding Over Weekend: Only allowed if your account type permits it.

• Use of EA or Bots: Allowed if disclosed and pre-approved. Abuse will lead to disqualification.

• Risk Management: Violating rules regarding risk exposure may result in challenge failure.

5. Funded Account & Payout Terms

Once you pass the challenge and verification, you will receive a funded (simulated) account under these conditions:

• Profit Split: [e.g., 80% to trader, 20% to firm]

• First Payout: Available after 14 calendar days, then bi-weekly or monthly.

• Minimum Payout: [e.g., $100]

• Inactive Accounts: 14 days of inactivity leads to account suspension.

6. Profit Withdrawal Conditions

• All profits are simulated and paid only after passing verification and reaching payout thresholds.

• Any suspicious trading behavior may delay or void payouts.

• Payouts are made in Crypto/USDT or other supported methods.

7. Breach of Terms & Violations

Violations include (but are not limited to):

• Use of unauthorized trading strategies (e.g., arbitrage, tick scalping)

• Exploiting server errors or delays

• Fake KYC or impersonation

• Use of third-party trading systems without permission

• Sharing accounts

Consequences:

• Account termination

• Ban from future challenges

• No refund of challenge fees

• Forfeiture of any pending profits

8. Refund Policy (Including Crypto/USDT Payments)

We do not offer refunds unless:

• Payment was made in error and no challenge has been started.

• Technical issues on our end prevent access to the platform and cannot be resolved within 72 hours.

• Any refund request must be made within 24 hours of payment, before trading begins.

• Refunds will not be processed if any part of the challenge has been accessed.

Additional Terms for Crypto/USDT Payments:

• Refunds in crypto are subject to blockchain transaction fees.

• We are not responsible for price volatility during refunds.

• Refunds will be made to the original wallet address only.

• No refunds for challenges purchased using crypto after the challenge is started, even if no trades are placed.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without notice for:

• Violating trading rules or platform terms

• Fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts

• Repeated failed verifications or fake documents

10. Data and Privacy

• All user data is stored securely.

• We do not share or sell your personal information.

• You agree to provide valid ID and proof of address when requested.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Cash Prop is not responsible for losses, system errors, or delays on third-party platforms.

• All services are educational and for simulation only.

• We do not guarantee profit or success in live markets.
